Ideal for beginners as well as students who want to work on stabilizing their meditation, this program provides tools and teachings for everyone who is interested in learning about meditation. If you are new to meditation, you will receive a gentle introduction to this profound practice. If you already practice meditation, this is an opportunity to join with others and spend some time strengthening your practice. Each session will include an overview, guided meditation in the practice techniques, discussion, and recommendations for continuing one’s practice.

Health & Safety - as an in-person event, this program is for individuals who are fully vaccinated. Additionally, we ask that participants wear masks at all times, sitting at least 3 feet from others. You will be asked to confirm that you will follow the safety protocols when you arrive at the Center.
