Class 2: Working with thoughts and emotions
Class 3: Recognizing and overcoming the obstacles to practice
Class 4: Developing and strengthening mindfulness on and off the meditation cushion
This program is ideal for beginners as well as students who want to work on stabilizing their meditation.
