Contentment In Everyday Life expands on the experience of peaceful abiding meditation, and introduces the practice of contemplation meditation. Through practice we come to know the peace and contentment of meditation, which can then continue in everyday life. Arrogance and our habitual discursive minds agitate and distract us from basic contentment. In this weekend intensive we will learn how to counter these obstacles with patience and gentleness to ourselves and others.

This weekend intensive is open to the public. The first class will include instruction in basic meditation.

Students who have previously completed Contentment In Everyday Life are invited to repeat it at a cost of $35.00.
