Life is full of endings, big and small. As human beings, we struggle with endings. We don’t want to face the truth that everything changes. Saying “goodbye” can be painful. But what if we saw endings as opportunities for connection and transformation? What might it mean to “end well”? Drawing on the Shambhala Buddhist tradition, we’ll explore how - with practice - we can learn how to have a good ending.

The topics in this series are inspired by Sakyong Mipham’s book, The Lost Art of Good Conversation. You don’t have to have read the book in order to enjoy the evening. But if you are inspired to find out how to end a conversation well, check out p. 165.

A $5.00 donation is suggested and may be paid when you register or paid at the door. As always, our generosity policy applies, so if you are not able to pay, that is okay.
