This simple slogan, coined by dharma teacher Ruth King, is a handy way to remember the nature of reality. It is also an expression of one of the essential teachings of Buddhism: the Three Marks of Existence. This is an opportunity to explore the truth of this slogan and how it might make our lives more joyful.
